PATCH /v1/print-jobs/{id}/start

Acknowledge job start

Confirm whether a job started successfully on its assigned printer. A successful start moves the job to `printing`; an unsuccessful one marks it `failed` and frees the printer. Only jobs that are `sending-to-printer` or `ready-for-printer` are affected; for any other state the call is a no-op.

Requires: queue.manage
